General Resort Questions

What time is check in and checkout
We gaurantee the room will be available by 3:00pm if the room is available before then we can accommodate you at that time. Checkout is 11:00am.
Is there a nightly minimum?
Yes weekends require a 2 night minimum, some holidays such as 4th of July require a 3 day minimum.
Does your resort have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do have a 14 day cancellation policy for more information on this policy click here .
How can I get directions?
We have a very good resource for directions to the resort please visit our directions page click here .
What do we do about food and do you have a restaurant?
We have a wonderful restaurant on the property to make reservations please call (607) 467-5533. Each cabin also has a full kitchen, feel free to bring food or you can pick some up in either Deposit or Hancock .

Log Cabins

Do I need to bring linens?
No all linens are included but if you have a favorite pillow feel free to bring it.
I would like to cook in my cabin do you provide cookware and utencils?
Yes each cabin is equiped with basic cookware, as well as plates, bowls, and utensils. If you were thinking about doing something special maybe bring along your favorite saucepan!
Do the cabins have air conditioning and heat?
Yes each cabin is equiped with central air except cabins 16, 17 which have built in wall units. Each cabin has forced air heat.
Are pets allowed?
Yes dogs only (max 2) there is a $10.00 per night pet fee dogs must be kept on leash at all times. Any damage done to the cabins will be the responsability of the dog owner. No pets are allowed in CEO cabins.
Is internet access available?
Yes we do offer free wireless internet service which is accessible from most cabins.
